This multichannel amplifier is a base component of the sound multi-diffusion system of Brane Project. The bottom box contains 16 amplifier channels based on the LM1875 chip. Two commercial type digital to analog converters have been added to the enclosure in order to decode the 2 x 8 ADAT channels coming in the rack. The speaker are directly connected through XLR cables as we use them as a standard in Brane Project’ sound system.
